1. Returns

At this time, we do not accept returns once products have been delivered.

Because many of our products are packaging materials and bulk items, we request customers to review product details, quantities, and specifications carefully before placing an order.

If you have any questions about a product before ordering, please contact our support team and we will be happy to assist you.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are only provided under the following circumstances:

Non-Delivery of Order

If your order has not been delivered within the expected delivery timeframe, you may request a refund.

Expected delivery time:

• Within India: 10 – 15 business days from order confirmation

• International Orders: 20 – 45 business days from order confirmation

If your order has not arrived within the above timeframes, you may contact us to request a refund.

Once we verify that the delivery window has been exceeded, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

• Incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer

• Delays caused by shipping carriers or logistics partners

• Delays due to customs clearance for international shipments

• Delays caused by natural disasters, strikes, or other uncontrollable circumstances

• Orders marked as delivered by the shipping carrier

4. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

5. Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled before they are processed or shipped.
